About the Author
The Rev. Father John Croiset, S.J., was a French Jesuit priest and author of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. After serving as St. Margaret Mary’s spiritual director from 1647-1690, he was able to write his The Devotion to the Sacred Heart as intimately familiar with our Lord’s particular revelations to the saint.Â
